Award Lectureships

Sunday, March 19, 10:30 – 12:00 (Plenary Session 2104)

The Asian & Oceanian Region awards 2 distinguished lectureships to honor pioneering experts and leaders in the field: the Philip Thompson Lectureship Award and the Yoshikuni Mizuno Lectureship Award. The esteemed recipients are invited to present on topics of interest.

The 2023 awardees are Pramod Pal, Bangalore, (receiving the Philip Thompson Lecture Award) Roongroj Bhidayasiri, Bangkok, (receiving the Yoshikuni Mizuno Lecture Award).

 

Opening Ceremony and Reception

All delegates are warmly invited to celebrate the commencement of the Congress at the Opening Ceremony, followed by a reception. This event is open to all delegates, and there is no additional charge to attend.

In conjunction with the AOPMC, the Movement Disorders Society of India’s 7th annual MDSICON will be the preceding day, Thursday, March 16, at the same location.

You can register for either or both events on the AOPMC registration form. There is no additional fee for AOPMC attendees to join MDSICON.
