Conference Visa for International Delegates

This process can take 3-4 weeks

Steps to obtain your visa: 

  1. Register for the AOPMC
  2. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be obtained on your behalf. If you are already registered, the certificate should be sent to you during the week of February 20. If you have not yet registered, please note that it takes a few weeks to obtain the certificate.
  3. Once the NOC is obtained, you will receive an email from the MDS Secretariat with further instructions to apply online for your conference visa. The NOC will be attached, along with 2 other required documents.
  4. Apply for the conference visa online. The online forms take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The visa should be approved in about 72 business hours.

Please note: If the e-visa services are not available in your country, you will have to contact your closest Indian embassy or High Commission. Please view the Indian Ministry link for countries eligible to go through the e-visa process.
