Junior Awards

Granted for significant contribution of a young delegate to clinical and basic science research in the field of Movement Disorders. 

About Junior Awards

The Junior Awards are given for significant contributions to clinical and basic science research in the field of Movement Disorders. Junior Award recipients will present their abstract at the Lectureship Awards Plenary Session during the AOPMC, and will receive an award plaque, stipend, and complimentary event registration. 

 

Junior Awards Application Criteria:

  1. Applicants must be a Junior Member of MDS or a Regular MDS Member under 40 years of age.
  2. Applicants must be the first authors of their submitted abstracts.
  3. Applications can only be submitted by MDS Members through the abstract submission process.
  4. Applicants will be required to submit a statement regarding their contribution of work for their submitted abstract.
